The suffering we experience—individually and collectively—arises from our disconnection with ourselves and the natural world. We’ve lost touch with our hearts, bodies, and the balance of our masculine and feminine energies, turning to distractions and addictions to avoid deeper emotions. This disconnection creates an imbalance in our lives and on the planet.

I believe that true freedom comes when we dare to question, build, and create from the heart, moving beyond surface pleasures and embracing the discomfort of deep inner work. By addressing ancestral patterns, childhood traumas, and societal conditioning, we realign with our soul’s truth and rediscover harmony.

The core of my work is built upon a deep trust in life’s natural unfolding and the human potential to co-create a more conscious reality. As a Shamanic  Practitioner and Embodiment Facilitator, I guide people toward their own inner wisdom, supporting them in reconnecting with their essence and restoring well-being and balance. Through my guidance, I hold sacred space for personal transformation, using ancient wisdom, shamanic rituals, and embodiment practices.
